There is a reason this 996 is this cheap. There are probably more reasons that the current owner “forgot” to mention. I don’t care that it has 2 tops, it’s a $17,000 gamble that I’m not willing to take. CP

I don’t care that it only has 32,000 miles on the odo. It’s still a ‘91 Camaro. Blech! CP for too much cash.
Why is it that every Hardly Ableson owner thinks that everyone wants to hear their bike with straight pipes? This person built this and then realized what a horrible experience riding it is. CP all day.
“...that’s a substantial reduction from the car’s original $40K MSRP.” Yeah, apparently the owner has never heard of depreciation. That and because of the lien, I lean towards CP.
What a yawner of a car. These Dodges didn’t sell when they were new. The NA V6 is probably why this thing has so few miles... It is so boring to drive. 164HP in a car the size of an aircraft carrier. CP all the way back to the Dodge brothers.
Nice price and pretty good shape. A great vehicle in which to re-live the 1990s driving experience. Bring your wallet though, when you take it out for a spin. NP anyway.
Good find... That’s a true CP enhancer that you attached.
“*edit* It had been stanced. 10000000000% CP” You get a star for your investigative prowess.
I always hesitate when I see a used car loaded with performance parts. As a development car for the mod-shop, I would assume many people took it for a drive to “see how this thing goes.” That would put it one small step above a rental car. That plus the Bro Truck down turned exhaust finished it for me. CP all day.
I thought most taxi cabs were yellow. Way too many miles on this Toy and too much $$$, Even with the Turd TRD blower.
And knowing Ed Sullivan!
There is a reason the owner is only asking $2,500 for this thing, and only he knows what that reason is. All the promises in the ad about the previous owner rebuilding everything makes me nervous. CP for all the doubts.
Leave this baby Mitsu where it sits. As the owner of a 2020 Chevy Bolt with an advertised range of 259 miles, I know what happens to EV range in the Winter... and this one is in Minne-freakin-sota, where Summer is 2 days long. In January this thing would barely make it down the driveway and back. CP all the to the…
Too many miles, too many questions and too much cheddar. CP.
My only impulse is to run away from this thing. Any buyer would soon tire of answering people saying “What is that thing and why did you buy it?” Sorry no redeeming reason to buy this relic from the forgettable 80s. CP Giorgetto.
Great plan owner. Buy this fun-to-drive automobile. Don’t drive it for 20 years, then sell it for a loss. (I know 2000 vs. 2020 dollars) What a waste. CP all day for a great condition, low mileage, common sports car.
Too much $$$, but the real killer would be trying to get it back to the good ol’ USA... Even after Trumpf opens the border back up. You probably have to pay a tax or duty on it and then jump through hoops to make sure it meets Fed crash and emission standards. Then you would have to change the speedo into the numbers…
Immediately when I saw this I thought of “...If you put lipstick on a pig, it’s still a pig.” CP for this over modified forgetful best.
Web-savvy sales people are out there. You just have to find them. I texted a BDC rep, (business development center, the people who answer the chats and emails to dealerships) at a large local Chevy dealer and gave her the details I wanted for a lease on a 2020 Bolt. She gave me the usual industry line “...I can’t give…
I wouldn’t want similar models in similar condition. I guess this counts as getting back to you.
