Hello fellow traveler. Lito/Hernando/Dani is the only reason I care, and I would definitely watch a show where they just hung out and had ceviche while Lito refers to the other two as a unit called “family.”

Well, to all the naysayers: the show IS good, but you must watch at least 4-5 episodes to get what’s going on. It’s not a procedural. It’s not even a “big bad of the season”. It’s a “OMFG Strazynski has budget let him have his 5 seasons and end up sacrificing your secondborn to him” after it’s done (considering the

This. I get that it’s expensive, but we were left completely hanging there with a lot of unanswered questions. Grrr.

Yeah - the US is in the company of a country that didn’t think the Paris Summit was ambitious and enforceable enough, and one torn apart by civil war so obviously not really in a place to give a shit. Well done US - you pulled out because your President is really insecure about his tiny penis :)

sounds like rubio during the campaign when trump called him a robot

From the; “Good to see they have their priorities in order /s” desk [h/t ACLU]:

Amber Rudd is a terrible politician in a dreadful party but I’m actually going to say something nice about her.

Aw shucks. While I was getting a bit annoyed by three song montages per episode, it still had some of the best characters and actors on TV. :(

God dammit.

My wife doesn’t like science fiction but we both LOVED watching this together. This was such an amazing, heartfelt, suspenseful and masterful show, with great characters, marvelous acting, amazing locations and so much intrigue.

Bummer bummer bummer bummer bummer bummer bummer bummer.

I thought Netflix was

I think I approached it as more of a getting to spend time with the characters kind of show. The plot picks up in season 2 but is also convoluted so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Does this mean we can have a Lito/Hernando/Dani spinoff show where they just be themselves and i can watch and feel somewhat good about a universe that has these three fictional characters interacting in it?

Such a sweet, life-affirming show. I hope they at least get a movie to tie up loose ends.

This is such a common reaction. And fair. Not until the 3rd or 4th episode does it really click, IMO (kind of like Daredevil for me). I recommended it to 2 friends who hated it at first. But one stuck with it for another episode or 2 and then inhaled the rest of the season.

They certainly were telling a cohesive story, and doing so very well. Season 1 introduced the characters and groundwork and Season 2 added to that mythology and started the ball rolling on a much tighter grand arc. Very similar structure to Straczynski’s Babylon 5.

And I JUST finished up season 2 last night. Bummer. It’d be nice to get some closure, though, Christmas Special-style.

Another one? The studios start telling a story and, all too often, don’t bother to finish it. I know it’s a commercial decision, but it’s still artistically bankrupt. I’m deeply disappointed.

Definitely should have.
