i just hope this movie does well, and leads to Hollywood finally figuring out how to make a good Street Fighter movie, featuring my main man Johnny Cage.

Aquaman had a plot. it was the Sword in the Stone. Arthur the outsider must obtain a mythical weapon and claim the throne to save the kingdom from war. they just had a whole bunch of other crap going on top of it.

gotta give props to Joaquin though. he carried that movie on his back and made it (at least the first viewing) interesting. the whole - laughing with his mouth, but crying with his eyes - thing was awesome.

Aquaman got screwed over by being in the Justice League. it would have worked much better as a straightforward origin story, and him going on a quest for the throne.

DC’s Captain Marvel movie was better than Marvel’s Captain Marvel movie

Aquaman had some great action, but it had way too much going on while still being forgettable.

we must all watch the Snyder Cut so we can get the Ayer Cut

Shazam was pretty good, but i had a hard time believing the Shazam and Billy Batson were the same guy. it’s one of the better DCEU movies, but it’d only be like upper-mid-tier in the MCU.
