I call bullshit on the Psycho Santa story. Now, I’ve worked for some spineless ineffectual managers that would totally turn a blind eye to a customer harassing workers, but cut into the store’s profits (4 months of free food to a customer adds up) which might jeopardize their yearly bonus ? Nope not gonna happen
