You would be surprised at what things get overlooked on projects like these. Sometimes architects become so obsessed with aesthetics that they forget practicality. We'll have to see what changes happen during construction (and there are ALWAYS changes on mega projects like this one).

I don't see how that Sky Deck can be open like that. At that altitude the wind sheer is bound to be strong enough to blow people right off. You are either going to have to cover it or have some pretty high walls to keep the wind down so nobody gets tossed around like a ragdoll.
