My friend once puked during a screening of the film "24 Hour Party People", but he may have just been hung over.

Wait…he's married to Noxema girl, isn't he?

I read some and they are really enjoyable! Thanks for the committed documentation. :)

Okay, then.

So many weirdly disconnected strands yes ugh! But you're right on.

Yeah I've heard that and see but don't quite buy it. It still feels like an elaborately sensible rationale for just wanting something very specific that didn't happen.

I know that's a strong POV out there, but I don't share it. * shrug * By that metric, it seems like no one but Damon would truly qualify as "not expendable and plot irrelevant" so yeah, not on board.

Well, some may feel otherwise but I never found Caroline's love life particularly worth emulating.

Oh, weird, so that's where Plec got that idea…

I'm not close watcher of the early seasons, but I think Graham herself improved considerably, her performance had more bite as time went on so Bonnie got tougher (I guess pain, death and relationships with vampires will do that to a person), and she made her interesting in spite of the material, at times. I think fans

I'd be lying if I denied my excitement about the #blackgirlmagic gif I am getting out of the fireball scene, but yeah..all together now: problematic.

That is pretty awkward, when you put it that way. Did they hook her up with anyone else interesting, in the books?

LIKE HELL SHE DID.

She did completely save and elevate his character! But I'm still irritated that they dropped resolving all of his former motivations, possible backstory & future purpose stuff (his family deal, the Armory whatever) like so many hot potatoes. Not even some clunky tossed off exposition in passing. Clearly no one

SpoilerTV has a pretty weird vibe, too. This was home. #sniff

Yup, she'd age the 10-ish (?) years that have passed.

Someone needs to learn some follow through…

Bonnie, Enzo, Damon scenes…pretty sure that was all that worked in S7.

I have to be honest, Caroline was a massive disappointment, but I LOVED her storyline with Sheriff Forbes' illness, death, the flashbacks…it was really well done.

Malarkey has British citizenship/family but he grew up in Ohio. If you've seen him speaking in an interview with an English accent it's a put on [edit: though he kinda speaks at times with Brit inflections/slang]. He did however go to a proper London drama school.
