I get shit for driving like a grandma in the snow in my truck and people just don’t get what you said about AT tires in the snow. Please forgive me for not wanting to send 5,500 lbs sliding into anyone around me. I’ll take my Subaru on on iPikes over a Raptor on K02s any snowy day.

As stupid as it is to have low profile tires on a big truck, the tread on those tires looks decent enough to be able to navigate that snow. My question is why would you lift a 2WD truck? What obstacle can you clear with just a rear open diff that needs that much ground clearance? Alas I think the neon camo pattern

It didn’t help when it got pulled from the Speed channel. It’s a shame because with the emergence of drones and all things gopro it is so much easier to get footage than it was in the past.

Maybe I’m stuck in a old way of thinking I am considerably less interested in Rally as the cars move to specialized racing machines instead of hot versions of something you can actually buy. I’m sure they are now faster than ever and I don’t want to be a luddite but wings and tube chassis is kinda ruining it for me.

I think he means natural attrition via the behavior of the driver, cars themselves were/are great. At one point the G35/37 coups were a $/hp ratio bargain and were driven by a younger and often times douchier crowd. Dare I say more reckless than the WRX bros. These have since been replaced by Chargers and Chrysler 300

This guy’s needs are exactly what manufacturers are catering to and exactly what we all complain about here. You absolutely nailed it with CRV.

Wait, people don’t like the C7 design? I love it.

Perhaps a little less convenient day to day, more convenient when you need to haul a large item.

Please give us a poll to vote on writer submissions as these are all pretty good and very different options

I guess it doesn’t have to move it all on its own but maybe compensate for cutting engine power by like 5%

I’m 6'4 as well, I fit fine in it but it wasn’t exactly roomy. This guy is coming off a 3/4 ton truck so it’ll be cramped in comparison.

On that note the Bronco he reserved is also not all that spacious either

Ah I see what you mean

Last time a dealer tried to sell me a maintenance plan they went from $80 instantly to $10 a month when I said no. That actually ended up being worth it except the very first oil change where a “defectives drain plug” cause the oil to drip all over my clean garage.

Anything that requires an iota of hardware that wouldn’t already be there. Heated seats? The wiring, switches, and elements are already there. Active cruise control? Already driving around with the sensors on board.

You’re gonna pass on using the brakes?
