This sucks.

I hope that writers taking the time to publicly issue a call to arms against the people who sign their pay checks will get you to not just pay attention but to actually do something about it. I, for one, am eager to see what you come up with.

Maybe you're right. maybe he "unwillingly" gunned his accelerator.

What the fuck even is your point? And why are Tony Stewart apologists running right back to Ward in the road as the point where personal responsibility is most crucial when, by that logic, you could run the reels back to ANY moment (including Stewart running Ward into the wall in the first place) to fit your argument?

This is manslaughter. He did an action which resulted in a death. It doesn't matter if his intent wasn't to kill him. There was a caution flag out, there were plenty of people who avoided the kid and Stewart did not appear to even consider the brake pedal. Victims of manslaughter are often part of the escalating

Gunning the accelerator was *not* a safe thing to do. It was a reckless action that endangered Ward (who also shouldn't have been out in the track). Is he a murderer? No, but the gunning of the engine greatly increased the risk of something bad happening. He should get brought up on some sort of charges.

Tony Stewart has run ON THE TRACK before to throw a helmet at a drivers car. While he shouldn't have been on the track, Tony clearly saw him and clearly could have avoided him entirely but attempted to scare the kid or intimidate him - this is why it would be manslaughter as there was no intent, but the reckless

Not murder, but involuntary manslaughter or reckless endangerment? Sure.

At night? You do realize this was a well lit track, no? Moron. The man is clearly visible in freaking cell phone videos from across the track you God damn nitwit.

I agree........"after he slept on it" was by far the most horrific thing in that update report.

"You get used to it."

This is what Google shows up first for news on Tony Stewart. That is a very unfortunate headline for the Salt Lake Trib to write as news of this comes out...

Hunter Pence doesn't use the correct meme font.

I just hope she didn't provoke him.

Roger Goodell just suspended him for 2 games

Paskewich claims that request triggered a series of conference calls with HR, including Health Rosenthal, senior manager of employee relations, and Donna Hricisko, director of human relations, in which Paskewich told them of her objections.

LaRussa: Oh, come on! Who cares if it was 95 miles per hour?! It was placed in a safe spot.

She's probably from Philadelphia.
