I co-sign that! Despite working in a comic store for almost a decade my love for Wonder Woman is all down to re-runs of the TV show. “Active” means not just that the shooter hasn’t yet been disarmed or subdued, but also that the shooter is currently firing at or engaged in looking for new targets. Most incidents the “active” portion of the shooting is only 10-15 minutes, but info is slow to emerge.
