Egggszackly. These publications, and other places giving out ‘second chances’, basically are patting us on the head, saying OK girls, you’ve said your little piece. Now go fix us a sandwich while we get back to business as usual. None of them seem ready, willing, or able to grasp that the old order is passing away,…
I voted for Bernie in the last primary, I like him and I like his platform. He has absolutely no business running for president again. There's a lot of negative baggage he'd be carrying from the Bros and what turned into a pretty ugly in-fight and oh yeah HE'S TOO FECKIN OLD. Sit back and let someone else have a go.
If Bernie is dead then why couldn’t Republicans repeal and replace Obamacare last year? They would have been able to pass it if Sanders wasn’t physically present on the Senate floor that night. Mathematically it doesn’t add up.
They should have to pass a breathalyzer test before they can cast a vote.
I saw an article about Bernie on Fox News last week and the top comment, with 100s and 100s of likes, was someone saying that they don’t think we’re seeing the real Bernie Sanders anymore and Hillary killed him along time ago and all we’re seeing now is old footage of him. Not just a plea deal: a plea deal *with full cooperation*.
The really nice thing about the deal is that it include a civil forfeiture of some $20M, which can’t be reversed by, oh, say, a Presidential pardon...
Yes. That CNN article was from last night. This morning he pleaded guilty to everything (officially two conspiracy counts, but he had to allocute to 38 crimes that were roped into those two)
Paul Manafort is close to a plea deal with the special council trying his Ukranian lobbying case. But he’s been close to a plea deal before, and it hasn’t happened, so don’t get your hopes up.
Those pants are not even really all that tight. Like, he should not have to wear Hammer-pants to avoid people talking about his wang ;-).
The subtext is: “Okay, we’ve heard from the women; let’s hear from the men.”
No really. He has a female friend. Her name is Jina. She lives in Canada, that’s why you’ve never seen her.
I wouldn’t say “reigns supreme”, but it certainly gives a reason for it.
I personally buy a lot of digital content, but I would have no moral issue getting a pirated version of something I previously paid for.
