They’re claiming Kimmel is using his son to push his “libtard” agenda. Oh, so not having children die from treatable conditions b/c the parents can’t afford it is a “liberal” point of view? And they have the chutzpah to say they’re protecting kids.

Oh and I just wanted to add, not to be crass but this is relevant to the political element he was talking about: The care my daughter received in 23 days before she died cost just shy of $1 million. And all these 1 in 100 babies, if they survive, have a pre-existing condition from birth. So.

A friend sent me this video first thing this morn and I’m kind of wrecked for the day. My first baby had a similar story that didn’t have a happy ending.

i mean yeah, you’re weird, but not just for that reason

The fact that parents in the United States are faced with decisions like “rent or healthcare?” should probably be a big red flag that something has gone horribly, horribly wrong.

Was literally going to make the same comment. There are at least 4 women in the picture who might be kardashians. I think it’s one and two jenners.

Are those Kardashians in that picture with Brie Larson or is it just that contouring makes everyone look the same. Also if those are Kardashians is it just me or are they starting to look a little Michael Jackson-esque?

I mean you can believe in civil rights and still have problems in your personal life.

I used to make fun of Prince Phillip for being in his 90s and never having tied his shoes in his entire life. Then after I told that story for the tenth time, I was like, “Maybe that rude, spoiled ass is onto something?”

Depp is just phoning it in. At least Cage commits to his skeevy weirdness.

If I had the money to burn (which apparently Depp does not, but I digress), I would totally hire someone to constantly feed me lines. I’m not an actor, just to be clear.

This jumped out at me too. I have no respect for anyone who commands the fees he does yet can’t be bothered to make the slightest bit of effort. WEAK.

Oh the first was great. It was fun, his character was hilarious, it was a well done movie in general. Kinda campy, but that fit when you’re you know, making a movie out of a cheesy theme park attraction.

He who wouldn’t guzzle $30k/month of wine among you, cast the first cork.

Water is wet?

I am too, but my guess would be that he just gets fed the line and decides how to emphasize it himself. Still, seems like it would be hard to both do that and be present and reacting to your costars’ lines.

I’m ignorant, but how does that work?

Yea I think it’s obvious he’s moved on from “art” to paying the bills. No one needs this many POTC sequels.

There actually is something in that article that surprised me. I’m genuinely startled that Johnny Depp, who billed himself as a Capital-A Actor long after he started mostly doing big, dumb, family movies, doesn’t bother to memorize his lines anymore. Wasn’t that one of the signs that Marlon Brando had given up on

Water is just clear. Grass is green might’ve worked better.
