Costco or a restaurant supply

Not sure/your preference. When I did it, it was just a time you could show up and the coach would give you the workout and get you started. It was usually various distances of sprints with specific times and rest periods. They’d tailor it to your ability and give some tips on technique, so you may all be going

Sprinkle cayenne pepper or crushed red pepper flakes around the perimeter of your yard. They hate spices.

4. Good ventilation system and location not in a floodplain.

For sure. Make the house spotless before you leave. Do the dishes, laundry, etc. have someone take care of the lawn if you have one.

Swimming like playing in a pool or laps for exercise? For a good workout look up US master swim to see if they have a program in your area. It’s fun, instructional, and depending on your motivation can be social and/or competitive.

The newer inter-island planes on Hawaiian may have less legroom, but the seats are thinner, firmer, and don’t recline which somehow adds up to them being significantly more comfortable than most airplane seats. Granted, that combo might not be ideal for 5+ hours, but for the hour or less duration of most of the

Advocating for burning a sketchy religious institution in Waco? Time is a flat circle indeed.

Was seriously thinking about buying a house and hot preapproved. Wasn't sure if I could realistically afford the house, and they approved me for about 60% more than the house cost. It's good to know you can get the loan, but don't take it just because it's offered.

This so much. I recently passed on what sounded like a cool job opportunity when I found that the property taxes in the area would cost as much as the mortgage on most homes. Wow, a decent sized home for $1200 a month! Oh, it's another $1100 for the property tax? F that.

Not so sure about that 28/36 rule. I was recently pre-approved for a loan that would be about 52% of my monthly income. I wasn't interested in spending that much, but they approved significantly more than what we were looking for. Beware: just because they'll give it to you doesn't mean you can afford it.

It’s a little smoother with more umami. It’s not mind blowing but it’s the subtle difference in “this reminds me of that thing we had on vacation” and “this is the dish we had in Kyoto”.

The flight crew don't give a crap, as long as you're in a seat that costs the same as what you booked. Try to slide into that empty seat with extra legroom and they'll make you move.
