It’s official: Toyota’s ostensibly youth-oriented brand, Scion, will come to an end this year. Starting this fall…
I've had stir-fried grasshopper and barbecue flavored dried mealworms . The grasshoppers tasted like peppers and onions, the worms like barbecue flavoring. No big deal.
I have an extremely similar rule! I'll try any food as long as it is an actual food that some group of people somewhere on the planet consider to be a food. In other words, I won't eat a scoop of pig shit just because someone says "This is food."
I would totally stock my pantry with cricket flour. I can't wait for this stuff to be available for online ordering!
I'll try any food once, on one condition: it has to be dead. (A friend of mine said he's tried fried grasshoppers and they were crunchy and delicious, so why not? I've already had frog legs, and they were amazing, and my dad routinely cooks snails. They're savoury and chewy and very nice.)

I'm not afraid! Bring me the bugs and I will devour them to obtain their power and might!
There was bugs in your cheetos too.
Those deep fried mexican crickets with the chili-lime powder on 'em? Yeezus good. DOUBLE NOMS. You deep-fry anything & put spice on it, it's yum.
Knowing some of your food has ground up roach legs in it is different than popping the whole roach into your mouth.
If you eat lobster, crab, scallops, shrimp....then you are pretty much already eating bugs.
