Yeah, I've read plenty about the benefits of doing your leg excersises (squats, clean, deadlifts, etc...) in bare feet or equivalent. It is supposed to work the muscles in your feet more (obviously), and also more muscles in you butt and legs.

So you are saying that 50% of people browse the web in IE 6, 7, or 8? I don't think that's true. Secondly, this is a tech blog, which means readers are more likely to use browsers like Firefox and Chrome. Also, it isn't like they just decided to block IE for shits, it takes time and effort to make something like that

@negitoro: Great hackers don't sit on Twitter and release to the world what they did. That would completely defeat the purpose because then their victims can secure themselves.

@mrsilver: Easier? In principle, yes. But that isn't the way the country is set up. Technically, each state has the power to set some/most laws individually (things like drinking age, driving age, taxes etc...). This is the basis for the entire constitution. While it would certainly be "easier", it would actually be a

Uh, what? Of course the author thinks Timmy is the best pitcher in the league. I got that. I was pointing out the fact that he took the time in the article to point out that he doesn't know for sure (how could anyone?) by saying "very probably, super likely". And of course every article is at least somewhat

@Spikejnz - the snozzberries taste like snozzberries: Read the article. "Very probably, super likely..." the best pitcher. And he might well be. He has two Cy Young's and a World Series ring. Don't rip the author just because he took a personal stance on who is the best. People do it all the time.

@karmakazenz1: No. It's creepy, regardless of what you find out. If the boyfriend heard through the grapevine that she had been slutty, he should have asked her about it (if he really needed to know) or just trusted her judgment.

@espinha: I think you are right about age. I'm 1991, and I (and most of my friends) seem to have missed the texting-at-all-hours craze. I can clearly remember calling my friends home phone to home phone to hang out. I'm not so sure the teenagers now have to do that.

I seriously hope that one bank decides to just go against the grain and keep debit card purchases as they are. It's going to be real easy for me to take an afternoon and withdraw all my funds and move them over. With enough people, that could be a crippling dollar vote.

Make those foot holds higher for tighter turns and give it the capability to go dangerously fast and you've got yourself a pretty sweet product.

@SkipErnst: This is not, by any means, a "first attempt". There were plenty of practice rounds that Watson went through against mere mortals (i.e. not Ken and Brad) in which it got smoked. There are plenty of youtube videos on it.

I think the main reason music videos do so well is because people just put them on in the background so they don't have to buy the songs. Every other video on there actually has to be watched to be appreciated. Too bad there isn't a way to differentiate between actively being watched and just played in the background.

@David Fulde: I thought about this too. Reminds me of this.

@madisomi loves lasercats: Actually, a true Ice Capp is a drink from Tim Hortons. (One of Canada's greatest exports), and they are quite delicious. While I would never "force" one on you, I know plenty of non-coffee-ers who do love them.

@UltimateFlank: You've posted the first point that's actually made me a touch nervous. If this system ends up anything like a driver's license, does that mean the government can suspend if for crimes committed via the internet? (e.g. music pirating, underage porn consumption, child porn, etc...) I'm not generally a

@hardvice: You are right of course. I got a little lazy I suppose. I should have been more specific on my "don't make money" statement. That's more of an informal rule of thumb now outdated by the internet because the internet allows nearly anyone to distribute information based on copyrighted works with little to no

@Helvetica: Yes, if his work were to enter the public domain, anyone would be allowed to do anything they wanted with his characters (e.g. sell t-shirts, toys, video games, etc...)

Force Unleashed 2. If you liked the first, you'll like the second no question. I still love how they let me just throw enemies off the map without fighting them.
