I look forward to the Destiny horse armor DLC.

So what you’re saying is that after comparing expansion packs to stamps, you also provide proof that people are satisfied with paying more for less, and are thus idiots.

Now let’s ask the question that would they have done this if Steam refunds weren’t a thing just yet?

Since the conversation with Dake isn’t apparently showing properly, I’ll just quote myself and let you either decide to be rational, or continue living angry on your soapbox. Your choice.

Since you obviously haven’t read a single thing in this conversation that I’ve said, I don’t think there’s any point in elaborating further. You can believe that The Man is out to get you, and see how little that attitude will ever bring.

Probably because said man was available and ready, and there wasn’t another female stuntwoman around? But no, of course it has to be the Evil Man doing evil man things. Sigh.

Normally I don’t mind slow. I like it that a show takes its time to tell a story - but at the same time something, anything, must happen. Be it good dialog or interesting world building. This was just endless scenes where nothing interesting happened.

How do you figure? Because others happen to like words?

There’s a difference with things like that happening in real life, and portraying them as something that is deep and multidimensional. Everyone was a caricature, right down to the sneering Korean guy whose first line is essentially “I hate women, durpydurpdurp” before disappearing again. There’s a message they want to

I don’t know about you, but my day certainly is good.

Oh no, I understood from the first post - this longer one was just you moving goal posts and dancing around your initial argument. I’m just amused that’s all.

And yet after two “good days” you’ve returned with a longer rant describing just how much you don’t have the inclination to rant.

Which is why I’m hesitant to take books like these as gospels, there’s been way too many of them published years later as tell all’s, which by and large are always slanted.

I know it sucks when you can’t keep an argument straight, but let’s not pretend that me pointing out your problems has anything to do with my sanity or well being.

Having worked on both amateur and professional productions, I can tell you that this wasn’t a “hurrdurr, let’s let a MAN do your job” it was an adult telling another adult that we don’t have time anymore, are you up for it or not? My previous boss told me something that I keep reminding myself about: when working in a

whole Big Swinging Dicks pecking order crap that is part of production,

It wasn’t a “we’ll find someone who will” threat, they literally had another stuntman waiting there! It wasn’t well planned and coordinate, nobody is disagreeing on that, but it’s also not a gender thing - there are more than enough cases like this, sadly, that can attest to this. Productions are hectic and mistakes

You do realize that there’s a damn reason that there are people who lead the crews, right? That’s not a sexism thing - that’s organization. I’d be fired from any of my gigs, both working for men and women, if I’d go around claiming sexism when I’m told that it’s not my position to go and start questioning what the

Really great ideas. But it’s also a sign for me why I didn’t enjoy the movie even remotely as much as previous Pixar films. It’s a collection of great ideas and one offs, but the story itself was bland and unrelatable. Apart from the fact that Joy - the emotion - is fully born with North American ideals and emotions

They didn’t “turn” her into anything, that’s who she was in the movie - her arc just happens to start when she decides that she’s had enough. It’s even said straight up in the dialog that she’s doing the escape attempts because she’s trying to reconcile her past.
