A trade war would almost certainly raise the prices of cars for all consumers, not just European cars, since American companies would have an incentive to raise their own prices if they were competing with companies whose prices were forced higher by tariffs.
This is why whenever I see those rubber hoses on the road for measuring speed, I always go over them as fast as I can. Need to raise up that “prevailing speed” measurement.

Are they trying to measure impairment, or trying to measure BAC? They are not exactly the same thing. Habitual drinkers do seem to handle higher BAC with less impairment. BAC is easily and reliably measurable, but impairment is not quite the same.
I’m convinced most people are uneducated morons that know nothing of thermodynamics, mechanical efficiency, chemistry, or basic common sense. They just jump on the political bandwagon at every opportunity.
