Also, as a brewer that also still serves occasionally, fuck the insane laws servers have to deal with. Calling the cops is absolutely what you are told to do in that situation. A coworker and I had to convince a customer to not drive for about 2 hours once. Followed our brewery protocol, got her a cab, etc., and still…

I just don't follow on the pretending to like Märzen bit. These are great beers that also have a great history and tradition. I find it hard to fault them pretty much in any way.

As a brewer, I wear rubber boots and work socks all day, and get pretty sweaty and covered in water, beer, and chemical all day. Best part of THAT wardrobe removal is definitely the boots and socks. I wear flip flops all year because my feet are trapped in hot rubber 10 hours a day. It’s goddamn LIBERATING.

FYI I’m 29 and have had Alopecia for about 3 years FWIW.
