The crux of your argument rests on your claim that she said it was ONLY groping. That wasn’t her testimony at all. She claimed she was totally out of it and was barely conscious. That’s not a state in which you can ascertain that ONLY groping happened.

I dunno, but to me this case hinges on waay more than just “belief”. Everyone (Cosby included) acknowledges that he obtained shady drug prescriptions and gave them to women without their fully informed consent. Even if it’s not proved (in the legal sense) that he raped/assaulted them, that’s still enough to classify…

I don’t know if any publisher thought of this already, but I think that pretty much any tangible textbook purchased should come with a free PDF version of the book, so that you can print it out and write your notes/highlights on it without feeling like you’re vandalizing a nice book.
