I used to cringe about this stuff, but then I got pregnant and had a baby and now I’m super emotional and totally get why people do this shit. Pregnancy and raising kids goes by so fast. If there is ever a time in your life to do cheesy campy shit, it’s when you become a parent.

Maybe I’m reaching for a silver lining but I’m at least happy that some of these people were spouting other “pro-life” stances like being against removing health care or the death penalty. I still think they’re wrong on abortion but at least I can appreciate the more logical consistency of their position.
