I think the hilarity of the Taylor Swift fiasco is overshadowing the racial aspect of it. The PEACEFUL protest, during which the Dallas police and the protesters took friendly pix together and posted them on Twitter.

This is awful for the families and friends of the officers but it also makes me incredibly fearful — even more fearful than usual — for the safety of PoC once the police force starts to enact vengeance.
