In warzones and other scenarios where survival is highly unlikely, there have been some really unexpected survivors (and some really experienced fighters who got unlucky on the first day)
In Defiance, it was the purple guy that died, so don't feel too safe.
and he's the only likable character on that show, so they can't afford to lose him.
(Disclaimer: not the only good character)
Except that the only possible reason for unleashing consciousness on the synths, is for "creating an interesting plot on a work of fiction" aspect. In every "in-world" way that you look at it, it is such a massively bad idea.
My digital memory USB stick plays hide and seek even when I don't want it to.
It's a pity that plot never connected because it was in every other possible way so much better than the original grandfather version.
And as Sophie taught her how to play and how to have fun while playing, it became more and more clear how they were both practically the same age, just one of them with her mind stuffed full of all sorts of data that she was nowhere near ready to be able to process.
The dads are certainly on a very similar level so I kept thinking that Mia must really secretly hate Laura since she was trying to convince her to get back together with him.
The doggie bag might not have been part of the original design. Karen may have added the bag and some other "life clues" like a hearbeat mp3 player on a loop and other similar tricks to help her hide over the years. She has to have passed medical tests as a police officer.
And I think that, since she had a crazy, suicidal person's mind transferred into her, she necessarily has a crazy, suicidal mind. If Elster had removed the craziness from her digital mind, he wouldn't have needed to place the anti-suicide safeguards on her.
I don't even think that the Odi thing is anthopomorphizing as much as giving value to the receptacle of truly valuable contents. He's like a family photo album or a collection of family videos. What is the value of those when the last member of that family dies? Effectively, all you can do with them is to dispose of…
Has JK Simmons ever been in anything with Peter Capaldi?
It seems too obvious for nobody to have tried it yet.
Surely you mean D&D& more D
You don't want to clean the disease!
The disease is only deadly to vampires. Humans are immune to it, so getting the disease on your sword will give it a +1 against the undead, or something like that.
Not to mention that, with all the nostalgia and family drama, what are the chances that our newly introduced luchador will not cry before the end of the season? (thus becoming a weeping Angel)
He doesn't need to clean the sword. It has silver, so it automatically burns off any vampire residue.
The abbey kid seemed too stupid to be able to reach adulthood, but I'd buy it if he's now a vampire.
To be fair, his specialty is makeup that makes humans not look like humans.
It would become my favorite show if he actually said it out loud.
