So are people thinking that fully autonomous vehicles would never crash? Even in a world with only computer driven vehicles, crashes can and will still happen. What autonomous vehicles would do it lower the rate of crashed.

I think a large number of those are 1 yr lease vehicles, dealer loaners etc. Way too many of them to be all demo vehicles.
