I dont see the big deal. My last 4 vehicles I ordered and two were FCA products. Why not get the exact trim level of vehicle you want instead of whats just sitting on the lot.

E- Fuels which Germany is investing in they are wanting to push forward while batteries which they really don’t excel in isn’t a big priority for them?

its very expensive to emissions test and homologate different fuels, and to be honest you have to make some serious design changes to allow it to run E85 or 100 octane from the factory.

If you dont have a garage as many don’t then the charging network is really important. We have two EV’s and one is a model 3 and charging that publicly is a breeze compared to using EA chargers for the other vehicle which can be a crap shoot if they work. 

They caught 12 people in 16yrs out of 3 million? This isnt the best ROI.
