Buying a car because I need to get to work is very different from being interested in cars.  The vast majority of people that buy cars do it because they have to, not because they want to, and they generally just get an appliance car.  Having fewer of those buyers doesn’t mean car culture is dying.

Keep in mind a ND RF will have issues with a lot of track organizations due to how hard (impossible) it is to install a good rollbar.  If you want to participate in even HPDEs, the softtop would be the one to get.

Wow, you nailed it.  There was always something that bugged me about the interior of the Z06 and I could never put my finger on it until you mentioned crayons.  It really does smell like crayons!

If you’re looking at just power numbers, sure.  But the way a hybrid system delivers its “boost” is way different than how turbos do it.  One system increases the linearity and smoothness of power delivery, one makes it decidedly more non-linear.  A turbo-hybrid works well because the hybrid can hide the shortcomings…
