The remake for the PSP (Star Ocean: Second Evolution) revised a LOT of things that were wrong with the original on PS1, with improved dialog for every part of the game, an easier to understand combat screen, MUCH BETTER voice acting (even when its now included in a good majority of dialog scenes), as well as an anime

Had to drop this video down, it goes through the two emails I got sent by Twitch, shortly after finding out this went down.

I know, I knew this was going to happen, long before it became an official thing. But to see Twitch act rather fast with this system, just a short time after being bought out, it's beyond absurd.

Hitbox.tv is looking mighty good right about now. Thanks a lot, GoogleTube McTwitch, for ruining one of the few remaining

Twitch has just been Google-fied. That just about sums this up.

Heh, weed burgers :D

That same "hanging vines" code also worked on Angel Island Act 1 for S3K. Inputting it twice on either Mushroom Hill Act 1 or Angel Island Act 1, would allow stage select & debug cheats if need be. Smartest move made, after the hell that was the Sonic 3 Stage Select code.

Stage select for Sonic 3 Genesis/Megadrive. If you didn't input it correctly from the moment Sonic appeared on the black background moving, until he stopped , your Reset button got a workout.

I'm native to New Orleans, and I can honestly ask the same question, and would not get a straight answer. lol

Yes, this is exactly what happened. The people in New Orleans was not prepared for what came in the moments before, during & after Katrina hit. I can honestly tell you that the majority wanted to just "ride it out", and stay behind. It was much more than people who didn't have a way to move, or making the choice. I

I did the math on this, and you're pretty much spot on with the numbers. Considering how much lower things were many years ago, compared to today's standards, 85% sounds about right. But that goes without saying that the city itself would lose revenue and the support of it's people, should it come to that point.

I'm

It's the start of a very long road. I know & understand that it won't happen overnight, and I do hope that they stick with this plan to improve on what should have been done ages ago. At least that way, if the next big storm comes around, it won't really be that much of a problem.

The main issue with what was not done

It's not a matter of rebuilding, it's a matter of initial design. Granted there is no real way to predict what nature will do, once it takes hold. However, it is up to the people in the area to ensure they were prepared.

They were prepared, but not enough. And it was not enough to learn from Betsy & Camille. It took

I'm a native New Orleanian, and I can directly say that the entire city itself needs an upgrade. The same goes for the pumping stations. Can't keep putting band-aids on everything forever. At some point in time, the entire infrastructure NEEDS to be reworked from the ground up.

I used to stay in the Lower 9th Ward,

PC Name: ObserverDark

I had the chance to play it back in the SNES days, it was one experience to truly remember. There were other RPG's that got me playing, but it was Chrono Trigger that paved the way for me to love them to death.
