I binged Seasons 1 and 2 before the Season 3 premiere. It is very twisty and some of the timelines don’t seem to match up but I happen to love this type of show. Personally, letting the show “rest” while it was on hiatus allowed thoughts to percolate somewhere in my mind so I came back to it with a different

I was in the Met when the last three were HD transmissions to movie theaters.

The Harryhausen film that scared the dickens out of me for life (and I’m in my middle 60's) is IT CAME FROM BENEATH THE SEA. I saw it at summer camp and the octopus (actually a quintopus; apparently the budget could only pay for five tentacles) and every time I went over the bridges between Philadelphia and Jersey I

I have always considered Ray Harryhausen an ARTIST. The time and patience to create and work stop-motion animation is awe-inspiring.

Yes, which is why I wanted Wright to win the Emmy. He’s such a subtle, nuanced actor.

If and when this reign of horror is over, they’re going to have to update the DSM and name a new illness; something that combines psychopath, sociopath, and idiocy.

Another one of the great character actors who add so much to whatever project they appear in. My favorite Rubinek performance is his role in a 1999 episode, “Tribunal, of the rebooted OUTER LIMITS. Given his background (which I didn’t know anything about till now) I have a deeper appreciation of the story.

I think it’s one of Scorsese’s best too. Have you read the book? (Don’t want to, well not exactly spoil, the ending).

Well, that was a sure way to deflate my enthusiasm. I was truly hoping that was the last time we would see him or her after “World Enough and Time.” I just can’t handle any more of Jon Simms and Michelle Gomez’ over-the-top characterizations.

Did anyone else (besides me) watch John Glover and say, “Time to give the devil his due?”

I don’t think there is anyone I despise more than Roy Cohn. Including Hitler.

TCM has LIGHT IN THE PIAZZA  in it’s library. (I actually saw this in a theater). It often shows up when Olivia de Havilland is being celebrated. And with the success of the musical version, the movie has a new audience that wants to see it.

Nope. It’s my favorite King novel and the one that got me back into the Dark Tower series after the original version of the The Gunslinger didn’t work for me at all. And the last part of the book is the one that makes me sob for ten minutes.

He always wanted to use that spell.

Please define middle class.

I see where you’re coming from but no one in this programs gets the adjective “poor” (not emotionally or financially) from me. I am fascinated by the sociopathic behavior of every major player on this show; I am determined to not fall into a trap of starting to feel for anyone because they all deserve the worst that

The ONLY time in his career that Angelo Cataldi was right - he pretty much hated Curt from the get-go.

Vulture capitalists deliberately loaded these stores with debt, bled them dry with their “management” fees and purposely caused bankruptcy. Now these same VC’s will bring them back but store personnel will be doing double the work with half the pay, no guaranteed hours and those hours will be capped before overtime

I have starred every reply in this thread. I utterly loathe summer in the east. Even low seventies is pushing it for me.

Nah. Tumbrils to the guillotine is much better.
