Tormond got a lot of screen time, some of the best lines in the series and wonderful scenes in these first 2 episodes of Season 8. I expect he’s toast.

It’s on Spotify. I suggest you give it a listen.

He’s also no longer the Golden Knight; he was gray/ashen in that final scene.

I loved the blue eyes line but I think the humor in this episode is the last sense of fun will have this season. I think it will be unremittingly grim as the season progresses so the producers gave us some good times now.

As I understand it, the Gershwin estate’s stipulation that PORGY AND BESS be performed by Black singers only is limited to the U.S.

👏👏

It (was?) available. I have it. But I bought it a while ago and I don't remember where.

I've got that boxed set. Thanks for the reminder to watch the series.

You know what’s even more offensive? Political rules that say that Native Americans living on “reservations” can only have PO Box numbers as their addresses. Then have the courts uphold a law that says that a voter must have a street address in order to vote. It just happened in South Dakota where Heidi Heitkamp is in

The only human being in the world that I wish ALS on.

Not surprised that there are only three stars. It’s only us few old farts that know what the hell you’re talking about.

As an opera lover who has friends in that world, you have no idea what goes on behind the scenes.

It is. indeed, Jeffrey. But the biggest snub was Zahn McClarnon not getting a guest actor drama nomination for the “Kiksuya”episode of WESTWORLD.

I didn’t scroll down far enough. I just asked this question (although I’m in the grays so it might not get published at all). If any performance was a sure thing to be nominated, it was McClarnon’s.

She is the worst. She was all but twirling a metaphorical mustache during her Charlotte scenes.

Maybe someone else has asked this but Zahn McClarnon wasn’t nominated for “Akecheta”? There ain’t no justice.

Are you kidding me? Thompson is gawdawful; I hope that Westword can figure out a way to recast.

And speaking of gambling problems, whatever happened to William Bennett?

As a Flyers fan I remember, with loathing, those Jersey teams and the frackin’ trap. This sounds like the soccer equivalent.

I was going to say that he was in the second and third MATRIX films and then remembered that was Anthony Zerbe.
