You’re right. I like sports cars of all types, but I want to be involved in what I’m driving. This thing doesn’t have a stick so it’s off the list.

Being on a sportbike makes pretty much everything else feel slow, so it’s gotta make some good noise and have a lot of torque to get any interest from me. Otherwise, it’s

I wouldn’t say I see them often, but my buddy’s dad bought a 2015. It’s the only Mitsubishi owner I personally know, period.

I think they could kill it with a Starion redo.

Not to mention this thing (didn’t watch the video, blocked at work) probably doesn’t have a million miles on it like everyone’s beater.

I use cad daily, but it’s Civil 3D, nothing for manufacturing or mechanical engineering.

TVR has been passed around without much to show for it, but I do hope the insanity resumes in 2017.

But I’m from the past! Don’t make me irrelevant!

Because the SS is from the next gen, which looks bloated and stupid by comparison?

For your last point, I almost did. Still on the fence, as I haven’t watched any GT episodes yet. But I don’t use amazon, I rarely shop online, so why would I pay $100 a year to watch it? I want to support them, but not at that price tag.

Those Aston “lights” look like someone made them out of acrylic glass in shop class for a middle school project.

TVR is only sort of dead. It’s under new ownership as of 2013 and is relaunching a 2017 model with a cosworth v8 under the hood.

I’ve seen but one TVR on the road, ever, here in Canada and I think it was driven by a 50-60 year old white guy.

I’ve never talked to an ecoboost owner (all tradies that I’ve asked) who reported milage better than 14-15. Can’t speak to much else, except that f150 seats in general fall apart as soon as you sit in them.

My brother bought a mid-00s f150 and seems to love it, despite untold mechanical issues and being stranded a few

I’ve read of some municipalities shortening the yellow light time to get more red light camera revenue. I don’t have any links but a google might turn something up if you’re curious about it. The time I read about it, the local government had lost, or was fighting, a legal battle over it.

I take solace in the fact that I can easily outperform them and I’m having a lot more fun on the bike, and try to never get bent out of shape because ego on a bike is a mistake nobody wants to make. Dickheads on cellphones really get my goat sometimes though.

I have a few recorded on the PVR (groan, I’m still on cable) and I love throwing them on when I’m doing work around the house. I had the one on where they go to mexico to collect the drug lord today.

I’m just waiting for the infamous lime green washers to make a comeback for mechanical failure scenes.

Probably confused by the air cleaner being mounted up top - but I do wonder how/if they manage to get good MAF/IAT readings with that setup.

Yeah, we got about a half inch of rain in Ontario Canada yesterday, lot of snow gone.

That’s a dangerous game to play when a substantial amount of human life is at stake

As Forza and GTA were the only games I played online, yeah. I cancelled my live account and stopped buying updates - I don’t have a lot of time to play anymore anyway, but when I did go online, the user base was (well, predictably) terrible.
