I would enjoy being on your correspondence list if you do indeed want to share pics etc :)

He’s saying he doesn’t believe you.
None of my vehicles have this or any nav system, and I hope to make them last until at least the billboard screens go out of style.
It might be a while. I’ll keep on top of my oil changes.
I think my buddy still has his and its a 450,000 km canadian car. He has it just for when his parents visit so they have something to drive.
I’m on an R6, with the carrying capacity of a 116 year old man. The phone in my pocket, for better or worse, is all I’m going to be carrying when trouble strikes.
I’m curious as well, BUT - there is still spectator safety to consider, and the current systems aren’t always sufficient for the speeds the cars go as it is.
Wonder if the controls could be remotely run by human “drivers” trackside. Would add a level of interest for me, since watching robots race doesn’t seem like it…
I’ve never even heard of this... shoed kid before, and after watching the video once, I agree entirely.
We exceeded human cornering capabilities in at least some measures a long time ago. I’m not a fan of Nascar, but when they ran unrestricted, the drivers got sick from the forces exerted on them in one of the banked ovals and Nascar prompty put a lid on it.
Burned his tongue by drinking his tea before it was cool.
I have never understood why they don’t rate the engines in the vehicle instead of on an engine stand. It makes even less sense to me now that vehicles with multiple power sources could still be measured in one set of numbers this way.
Mmm, sidewall wrinkle :)
Sounds more like a bike than a car. I prefer V8s that are lower revving. I have an R6, love the sound of it. Just not sure how I feel about a V8 car sounding like it.
Enjoy your one (five) week driving trip in your Aston Martin (Aveo from Hertz)!
So what’s the deal with the 2 series? Is it the 3 series that the 3 series used to be?
Methinks trolling but who knows these days...
Yeah, it’s a silly comment, basically the refreshed version of “look at those panel gaps - domestics suck LOL”
Show me 50 side-profile sedans with the logos and names removed and tell me who’s the most exciting. Most will not blow you away.
To be fair, I don’t think the SS is some stunning machine to look at, but most…
A horrendous job, no holds barred on how little they seem to care about selling them.
I bet if I went to the local Chev dealer, they wouldn’t even have one on the floor for me to look at, let alone any in the lot to actually test drive.
Every model in the US and Canada on sale today must be tested.
Something something work smart, not hard.
The reality is that most jalops are budget minded. Lazy is one way to put it, efficient is the other way. When the hood is down, I’m still going to enjoy the sound of a V8, that I know is reliable and cheap to fix. How long it took to make it happen or what the guy in a factory…
99% bondo, 1% rust flakes.
