Yeah, shout out to Jason’s book. I also read that chapter and loved it (still working through the rest, Jason!)

This is the form factor I always wanted, so I will be picking up another copy for Switch. I’ve been playing Harvest Moon lately, and there’s something so lovely about being able to play that game outside. I will make a point to do the same with Stardew.

Does anyone have any idea how to spend their points as they level up?

Shintoism plays a role in the film, and I doubt they’re going to make one of the characters Shinto when she’s a farm girl living in Texas.

I was on the fence, but I thought this season was a step up overall. Some characters have growth that seems meaningful.

I had this happen and my switch didn’t even take a tumble. I just noticed the latch is noticeably weaker, and the joycon will come off if I put enough pressure on it.

Different people have different shaped hands. I find the joycons super comfy, but I’m 5'2. I’m sure it’s a much different experience for others.

Hm, the motion controls have me much more interested. I still don’t want to pay a full $60 for this title, but I might end up getting it. Thank you, Matt.

I’m really excited for the support this system is getting, but it does make me worry about a “New 3ds” situation in a few years when a beefier switch is released to make more cross plat games possible.

I guess it would be too much to ask for shooters on the switch to have optional motion controls. After playing Splatoon traditional shooters just feel wrong to me. The fluidity of motion controls are up there with mouse and keyboard when implemented correctly (and I am just not a PC gamer, so it’s not a control scheme

Hey Cecilia, this may or may not have been included by Nintendo to act as a good luck charm of sorts :)

I just saw it, and this article spoiled the entire movie for me.

Were episodes 1 and 2 of this season reviewed? If they are, they’re not being listed under the tag for this show.

Yeah, and I like these kids. I know this is going to sound crazy, but I’d prefer they have a normal (or normal-ish) childhood instead of giving me 5 more seasons of this show.

I see the format switch has thoroughly decimated this once vibrant community. 10 comments. Wow.

Oh hey, I didn’t see Heather’s review. I might give that a shot, thank you, Gita.

Are there any good puzzle games yet? Pushmo and Box Boy (and their sequels) were some of my favorite titles on 3ds, and I’m still waiting for something to scratch that itch.

I currently own 3 games for mine (Zelda, Mario Kart, Splatoon), but I’m holding off buying more until something I really care about is released. None of the indie games really interest me yet (or are less expensive on my cellphone), so I’d prefer to wait.

“And the slacker-banter dialogue is really awful. It doesn’t come off as naturalistic; it comes off as lazy.”

I’m going to give it another episode or two because it’s on Sunday and I like sci-fi.
