Is it possible to copy that Gold Master? My suspicion is that he copied it before he sent it back to Blizzard, as insurance. In case one day he felt like releasing it. Blizzard thanked him in a very mild way, and then started thinking about this. They realized that he might have done this too, and they’d have no way

As someone who values preservation of pre-production material and project files, it would’ve been nice if Blizzard took the disc back, checked the contents, then said “Hey, you guys wanna take a look at the inner workings this nineteen year old game engine?”

Who said he didn’t make a few copiesIHaveWatchedAFew90sMovies

I’d be curious to skim through it. I’ve never seen a project that big and would be curious how they architected it.

...Sure would be real nice to have that source code, though.

Ahh yes because your life has changed so dramatically in the last hour

I’m going err on the side that doesn’t involve killing human beings, but instead destroys military equipment used for the prior stated purpose.

Or he could sit around picking his nose not following through on idle threats like Obama did when Assad used chemical weapons on his own people. But I’m sure your idea is good too.

She’s playing it down as an “innocent accident” on her Twitter feed . . .

The look on his face says he knew exactly what he was doing. He changes his tune when she grabs his hand. I guess if a lot of America didn’t care if a shitty looking orange man does it??? I hope the woman punch his nuts off after the show.

Another reason I hate the “lazy devs” comment thrown around so often. Plenty of developers wish they had more time to work on a title. They often know the problems with the game before us and notice problems we may even ignore.

I mean... maybe just have a hard look at your life choices...?

For me, it is less the animation issues (which as you pointed out, is not completely uncommon), but the character models. They look.... unfinished? More plasticy? I can’t quite place it. I think it is just the uncanny valley hitting me hard. The ships, lighting, effects, and environments look great, but the character

Real shame it uses Unity though. Runs like absolute garbage despite being above requirements. Wish folks like inxile and Obsidian would move away from Unity because they’ve made some wonderful games recently.

Because caring about canon in what is obviously a non-canon game is stupid?
