I remember when Final Fantasy IX came out, I surreptitiously packed my Playstation for our annual Christmas vacation to my grandparents’ house so I could continue playing it. I somehow forgot to pack a memory card; it was the longest week of my life.

No, there’s a 3 GB mandatory install for Zelda, even physical copies.

Me and my brother left our PS1 on while we were at school, because of FF7. We had to survive for almost two weeks, before we saved enough allowance to get a memory card.

Wait, I thought if you bought a physical copy then you don’t need to install anything. Isn’t that the point of the cartridge based system?

“Most of us are old enough to remember paying for memory cards”

I’ve been really excited for this game since it was announced, but.. I absolutely despise its title. Maybe there’s story that explains what Horizon: Zero Dawn means, but I think they just pulled some “cool words” out of hat.

I just can’t justify $60 for a game that beats you in the face with microtransactions and doesn’t have dedicated servers... what a shame.

What are you on about? People have been making Hitler jokes for at least 20 years now. However people have been getting butthurt these recent years because social media makes people believe their stupid feelings are important.

I don’t even understand how “Burn all Jews” could ever be considered a joke. Yes people will scream context, however there was 0 context, it wasn’t satire, it wasn’t pointing out historical absurdity among people, it was a statement meant to garner shock.

Most super successful comedians don’t go to colleges, but it’s not because of PC culture (which essentially boils down to caring about others’ feelings), it’s because they’re mostly kids who don’t relate as well to the comedians in their 30s and higher.

There was a Youtuber who brought up a good point about thinking about the stuff you say or do before putting anything out. Mostly because not only does your livelihood depend on it, but the livelihoods of everyone who works or is affiliated with you.

Good for him not to cave. There’s a reason comedians don’t visit college campuses anymore. No one in this comment has the right to be a judge for comedy. Joke didn’t work, tons of jokes told in clubs across the country every night don’t work. Doesn’t mean the ship gets abandoned and that person should be forever

Just looked through the Kotaku history of articles on PewDiePie and found this gold mine.

So a dude with more money than most people see in their lives chose to take advantage of economically-disadvantaged individuals for the sake of some anti-Semitic “humor,” and is now surprised that there are consequences that go with that kind of behavior.

Got it.

Actually, he could probably pound Trump physically as well as intellectually and personality wise. Here in Canada, the conservatives had a Senator who was a former MMA fighter. He challenged Trudeau to a charity boxing match.... Trudeau won.

Trudeau taught drama at a private high school. If he was a halfway decent drama teacher (and by most reports he was a rather good teacher) he can handle Trump’s bullshit no problem.

This is so deliciously good.

Hello. I’m not American. Can someone tell me why America thought it was a good idea to make a functionally illiterate man with severe personality disorders the President of the United States of America?
