I don’t care who you are, you will feel so much better about yourself by comparison after watching any amount of this show. I think the key is you’re really not supposed to care about the people being filmed. It’s like the producers are in on the joke and saying “look at these fucking idiots.”

I do enjoy watching Vanderpump on RHOBH (particularly Ken dodder around in his Robert Plant haircut and ball-crushingly tight jeans), but I cannot watch this show because I find everyone detestable.

I’m also sad about Scheana’s husband but given that they are always drinking, how can they tell? They all need rehab.

I can only hate them. The egos on these pretenders are remarkable, especially the women. They act as if they are A-list beautiful people when they are D-list average-looking girls with very ugly personalities.

I already hate Lala.

A friend of mine is a fairly well-known author, and I’ve seen first-hand how he’s been misquoted in the press. Interviewers have frequently twisted and distorted his words, or presented them without any conversational context, and it’s immensely irritating to be misinterpreted. I don’t think it’s always been malicious…

Don’t get me wrong- Catholics have PLENTY of their own issues. I’m a fallen one myself. But they’re much, MUCH more about social justice, helping the poor, etc, than Christian Conservatives. It’s just a shame about their ass-backwards views about women and birth control.
