Counter point: fuck Trump. “spewing hate” he deserves to be hated.

    agreed 100%

I can tell you from my experience Comcast was a pretty good company to work for. I got almost free service, excellent health insurance, a take home vehicle (in 8 years I put about 30,000 miles on my personal car). I started in 2006 and left in 2015. Even during the great recession I had no fear of losing my job. Not

Yeah! Fuck us for wanting to make an honest living with a decent wage!

It’s hard to get a full picture from this video. But it was not uncommon to use our vehicles as essentially shields when working on the side of the road. It creates a buffer as we all know oftentimes people don’t pay attention to the road, let alone what’s going on on the side of the road.

nah, i jumped ship late last year. I miss all the time off i had earned tho.....

    a. i had nothing to do with it. b. i wish comcast didn’t do phone because it was a pain. c. i’m sure your local power company charges whatever they want as you have no other choice. d. you can get phone, internet and cable for 100 bucks a month for 2 year. i’d hardly call that price gouging.

agreed, and I pointed that out as well. when I was in the field, I always erred on the side of caution. It only takes a second to be safe.

how was it unpermitted? comcast doesn’t need a permit to work on their utilities?

they appear to be in house technicians. they use that style of bucket truck now.

I agree and I mentioned that in my comment. He should have put safety first. It would take literally 2 minutes to add more cones and he most definitely should have. More is better when it comes to safety.

They are likely not union. If I recall correctly, there are only about 2-3 areas in the country where Comcast is unionized.

I said in my comment “he could have, and should have used more and had them spread further” referring to the cones.

Full disclosure: I am a former Comcast tech and trainer.

In this case, yes, they can block the lane. that’s why there are cones. Granted, he could have, and should have used more and had them spread further. He was parked in the road because he had to access the aerial feed with the bucket on his truck. It’s not like he just parked there to be a pain.

there exists a store that sells only candles?

also a lot of wives: “you bought me a car, YOU’RE CHEATING ON ME!!!!!”

i always wondered how this doesn’t happen more.

isn’t gary johnson partly to blame for this too? i feel like all the blame is aimed at jill stein.
