It felt quicker but it probably wasn’t. Honestly, a 8+ seconds 0-60 isn’t anymore dangerous. If it were we would have statistic about it. The road is design to give you ample space to accelerate. 

I guess we should see a lot of accident from Europe, where most cars have a tiny little engine compared to north america. The land where you can get a Focus with 90hp and a 12 seconds 0-60. I mean, the amount of crash should be horrendous, don’t you think ? 

Yeah it’s 80's GM but this is bigger than the Celebrity and more importantly it’s got the 3800.

My new to me Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royale 1987. it’s big, boring, not even rear wheel drive but I always driven small 4 cylinders cars. It’s big, comfortable, the interior is down right retro and I love it. the body is rust free and that is incredible here in Canad. Here is a pic.

David, is it just me or all these base models were red? this one is red and both of yours are red. Was there another color available with the base model? 

The transaxle from the Impala SS barely handled the power.

My only pet peeve is that there is no AWD with the hybrid. Oh and an extended cab version could of been nice. But honestly, it’s pretty good as is.

I agree but until then, it’s a no go. But, where I live, I someone doesn’t really need a car anyway. 

The big thing will be the charging infrastructure. If I park curbside, will I be able to plug my car? At my apartment building I don’t have access even to 110v. I have considered changing my car to an electric but, it just isn’t feasible yet for me.
