Its because you can tell that he is genuinely interested in whatever it is he’s doing. Not like, say chris evans in the current episode of top gear, which seemed very scripted to me. It also probably because he’s a very good entertainer, yet humble about it. From what ive seen anyways.

Ive never heard of a gudgeon pin before, but i usually call snap rings, circlips. Or jesus clips. Either one works.

It probably would’ve been more entertaining to read though.

We call that “craigslist”. You get alot of matches, but every so often youll go on a date and maybe get lucky & find something really special.

I’ve got a 540i as well. It would be better with somewhere around 340hp. But it’s still got enough to get its self out of the way, and have a little fun in the meantime.

Imagine this 30 years from now, teenagers showing up to a car show. They see an exhaust tip on an (old) e36 and start freaking out. I don’t want to live in a world like that...

The e36 318i. It’s not really fast, but if you put a good flywheel on it, it’s very responsive, gets good gas mileage, fairly reliable, and it handles like it’s on rails. I loved mine & honestly think it’s the perfect car car for a high schooler who wants to be a car enthusiast.

That’s why a lot of older ships were run by a turbine. They could run it at a constant speed while adjusting the reduction gear to whatever speed was needed.

When I first read it, I thought it said bacon instead of Dacon. That means that a passat bacon exists to me now.

Even though they are kind of shitty, I have a soft spot for the Mitsubishi Montero. And the old Isuzu trooper!

As beautiful as they are, they are kinda of ruined. If you ever get the chance to drive one, you’ll understand the comment.

I can’t even answer those as it is! But I do have a few too many concussions on record anyways...

Wait wait wait. About a year back, my old boss had imported an e30 wagon from Berlin, but it had an m50 swapped into it. But he never ran into any issues with getting it over here? The m50 was never made until 92, but it is an engine that was offered here in the US.

Ram sales marketing team- “How can we sell more of our absolutley terrible pickups?”

Must have been a lemon.

After being rear ended for the 3rd time in the past 6 months, I had figured that statistically I probably wouldn’t be in any accidents for a very VERY long time. So I decided to go out & buy the one car that I’ve always wanted. A black on black e34 540i touring with a 6 speed swap. The car was absolutely perfect. Not

I’m not the type of person to do this, but I think I have you beat. I bought an allroad once... Never again...

I was 15 years old, just got my first job in high school and had always been a gear head. Ive rebuilt a few old small block 350's by this point, so i felt a bit confident that i could buy a project car. A few weeks later, I was at work and had a friend call me to tell me that his dad had broken his e36 and needed to

Not some days. Most days.

I will agree on the video, it was about at what I would kind of expect from a hoonigan video now. Nothing too surprising, but still decent. I still think gymkhana 5 is one of this better videos.
