John Lennon honestly might be one of my favorite CBB characters. Hanford never takes him to a dark place, really. Lennon's always having a great time, knows very little about the Beatles, loves his best friend Ringo but is mad because he won't return the guitar with the skeleton finger whammy bar.

I listened to the HBM ep on your recommendation last week. Harrowing stuff, and I am totally with you on the empathy thing. IMO once you do what these people did you don't really deserve to be treated with dignity anymore, full-stop.

I totally agree. Wade into any comment section about media aimed specifically at women— especially young women— and you'll see a bunch of bullshit. I generally like AVC but there's only so much I can read about the implied inherent superiority of male-skewing media and how x actress is great because she's hot.

I enjoyed today's CBB; pretty low-key, but I pretty much adore Tim Baltz any time he's on this show and I think it would be fun to see his Bizarro Tom Petty come back and be fleshed out a little more.
