Kaepernick certainly isn’t Brady or Rodgers but statistically he is well above average. He had a 90.7 QB rating last year with 16 tds and 4 ints in 11 starts. That is on a team without a single quality WR or TE. His 2015 season was a dud, but his 2012 to 2014 were very good.
