Oh, I thought it was. I must have misheard! You are, however, correct: Young Justice continues to be cancelled specifically because women watch it: http://io9.com/paul-dini-supe…

Of all the condoms that might exist, it's most plausible that Batman really would have Bat-themed condoms on his utility belt.
I can't tell if this is sarcasm or not... but just in case [cough]Superman: Red Son[cough]
God forbid people get paid for their work.
give it another try its freaking awesome
What are you talking about? None of those things are banned.
Hey, I just like to target shoot. You should come with sometime, it's really fun.
They care because you don't get to decide what constitutes suspicious activity. It might seem cool as long as there is a degree of transparency over which behaviour could get you arrested but ultimately you (or anyone else not in the government) don't get a say in that and could face imprisonment whilst waiting trial…
Aaaaaaa, we miss you young justice
And for the (straight) ladies, she also has a widowed uncle, who loves Oreos.
There's only one "sexy green alien chick", and Connor knows the score.
I imagine it'd be a lot like this.
This is why I get so annoyed when people act like Sony is different than Microsoft in this regard. Both want to make money. Microsoft tried with one way and Sony was wise enough to wait for the backlash and get a win. It doesn't make Sony any less greedy or any more trustworthy than Microsoft.
I call BS. While I thank Sony for forcing Microsoft to quickly switch rails back to a model that's more consumer-friendly, I would instead argue that had Microsoft not announced to the world their self-destructive plans, Sony would never have elected to be so solidly on the other side of the fence. In other words, I…
I take issue with you saying "'Girl gamers' are attention seekers who think just because they played an N64 once they are experts on the technical and artist merit of gaming as a medium of entertainment and art."
How so? A girl that identifies herself as a 'girl gamer' could just as easily have more 'cred' (christ,…
Why would it matter if it affected our ability to play and enjoy games? If all I wanted to do is play games, I would read news that's not about games, and I would care about gamer culture, but myself and others do care, so we post our opinions.
As an aside, a surprising number of the jocks in my high school were actually pretty geeky guys in advanced classes (at one of the biggest football high schools in the nation). And in any case, even the meatiest meathead is a geek for his sport.
I think you're taking issue with a relatively small subset of female gamers, and assume that most women who game act like that. The issue a lot of women take with all this is that while THEY aren't going out of their way to draw attention to themselves, there are men out there who will jump all over them being female.…
You say "We geeks" like women aren't included in that, you're saying "we geeks (meaning men) remember being picked on" like women didn't get picked on in school. I was the weird kid who wouldn't stop talking about Star Wars, who read during recess, who sat at the front of the class, who drew fairies and panted scenes…
I don't buy that argument. My mom has been gaming since video games were invented, her daughters have been gaming since the late 70s and early 80s. Most of my girlfriends growing up (we're talking 80s and 90s here) were gamers, and we played with boys and no one ever said a word about it. It wasn't until online gaming…
