It sounds like it, although in the end only Crackdown 3 MP made use of the tech and the campaign didn’t. 

Wasn’t this the same idea Crackdown 3 had? Offloading everything to “the cloud” is certainly one way to make DDoS attacks way more effective.

How does a remastered version of a 6th Gen game end up looking like a bad 5th gen game? 

I think the developers (a small team of 25) did an awesome job retexturing nearly the entire map in every game, but Rockstar/Take2 did not give them enough time/resources to do it right, or even finish the job.

This isn’t the fault of QA.  This is more likely the fault of executives saying “we need a product for Q4, release what you’ve got.”

Remembering when GTA3/Vice City bundle was released on the original Xbox, I think the only track missing in Vice City was Running With The Night.  Later on I read that Lionel Richie himself didn’t like his song being in Vice City and requested it be removed.

As someone who thought that Bobba Fett should have stayed in the Sarlac Pit, I have to admit: Bringing him back as an excuse to do “Space Sopranos” seems like a far more clever idea than I originally gave them credit for.

Pretty sure anything in the official Nintendo trailer for the game is free game for discussion.
