I'm not familiar with the name, what has he done?

What ideas are those? I'm legitimately asking, when I watched it it just seemed like it was using the same tired ideas as ever. 

I know it sucks to hear this but please go ahead and finish the main Sandman series. If there's one lesson to learn from that book at all it's that it's not the end that has meaning but everything that leads up to it.
