Here’s the trick someone taught me in college.... kill the ‘umms’ and ‘uhhs’. If you’re not sure what to say or how to make the point you’re trying to make.... just say nothing and look at the slide. It makes it look like you’re gathering your thoughts, which makes your presentation so much better and more

Of fucking course they didn’t.

No. And please don’t frame something illegal like this again. This ain’t no motherfuckin’ WorldStar. We’re better than that.

Exactly! It’s a bullshit experiment that, as another commentator pointed out, does not bear out on the fact that Hillary’s debates only raised her points and the fact that she won the fucking popular vote.

They have nothing to worry about, lighting doesn’t strike II

Missy Elliott taught me that if, after careful consideration I wanted to work it, I would need to put my thing down, flip it, and reverse it. Sage advice, indeed.

Didnt see the same for Obama

WRONG. It wasn’t the affect that was the sharp divider between the two. Show me ONE female politician who was married 3 times, birthed six children by three different men (and cheated on all three). Let that same woman squander ONE BILLION DOLLARS, declare bankruptcy 5x, be accused by 15 men of grabbing them by the

There are so many variables that this stupid worthless “report” does not take into consideration. The skill of the actors, their ages, their level of attractiveness, their background, level of experience, public opinion, education level, etc., etc., etc. In addition, the test audience is hardly representative of the

This is a bullshit experiment, because everyone has already seen the battle between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, so that colors any attempt to recreate it by just changing genders. People already come into the experiment with preconceived ideas. And frankly the woman came off as much less offensive than Trump.

I dare you to stop blaming Trumps failures and lack of support of Obama, and stop expecting Democrats to start supporting a party that did nothing but criticize, antagonize and stymie every effort Democrats made (not to mention the racially motivated attacks against Obama’s nationality).

Except that, as a woman, everything I’ve ever experienced in the workplace tells me the exact opposite.

Another problem, to me, was both candidates were younger and reasonably well-dressed. Put a 70+ obese woman in a garbage sack of a suit up there and see if people are as sympathetic. It’s the Tomi Lahran principle - people are more willing to accept dumb shit from a conventionally-attractive young female face.

It also doesn’t discuss the way that casual sexism against Hillary was allowed to “degrade” her image with the public over the course of her career.

I’m not sure you can just swap out lines though to see results because a lot of public opinion also has to do with personality and stage presence. Hillary didn’t seem weak at all to me during the debates, but maybe this guy did come off that way even with the same lines. They are acting, mileage may vary.

Ah, but this is all inside our liberal bubble. What do those poor ignored white men in the Rust Belt think of this? Their perspective is apparently what counts, if I am to believe most of the handwringing I read post-election.

I thought Mexico was paying for the wall?

This is fantastic. Rich gets all the cookies today. None for anyone else.

I think that we should on a daily basis not just one day a year but 365 days a year appreciate the contributions that women make in all of those categories so its not, it shouldnt be a daily thing and its, hopefully we can help fix that all bit more.

Thanks for the report. Was thinking I wasn’t going to see a single serious post.
