If your goal when talking about racism is for white people "to win" then you're missing the point entirely. Being against racism isn't about winning.

I feel like this is aimed towards countering the "don't commit crimes if you don't want to get killed by the police" crowd.

So if I run a red light and hit someone but drive away and don't get caught...then I didn't commit a hit and run? By your logic, no one has committed any crimes until they're convicted on the crimes! That makes so much sense.

Why should I say "alleged" if I believe the victims? I'm not a juror, I'm not a judge, I'm just a person who has made an informed opinion based on what evidence is available for the public. I can make up my own mind, and I have. He is a serial rapist. And he isn't in jail for it, no matter how much I wish he was.
