My wife does love exclamation points.

I'm only slightly ashamed to say that I enjoyed Reign of Fire. I understand that, objectively, it's not a very good movie.

Who wants a body massage?

I finally watched World War Z on a transatlantic flight last fall, and they cut out a large chunk of the airplane scene from that. So I'm guessing this movie would be like 15 minutes long in the in-flight entertainment edited version.

JFK—>LHR, I think.

DARKMANS, THO

You and @apropostrophe:disqus make good points. I was big into acting in high school (small, rural town). I was even the Outstanding Male Drama Student of the Year my senior year. I also played sports. A couple of teachers tried to get me to pursue it in college, and even apply to some of the more elite acting

"He joined doctors from the National Institutes of Health and former Rep. Dennis Moore of Kansas, who has Alzheimer's, on a witness panel at the hearing." (That's from another article.) He was the color commentary. Rogen spoke for a short time and was followed by technical experts and Mr. Moore.

There's also a handful of pretty legit dudes from the generation or two behind us. Dennis Franz served in Vietnam. Kris Kristofferson was a Ranger-tabbed helo pilot. There are a few others whom I can't remember, but they're there. And the current post-9/11 GI Bill is so robust that I wouldn't be surprised if you see a

Yeah, I actually like Ep. III enough, in the sort of way your kid would make shitty pancakes and you pretend to like it. Ep. I, even though I watched it once in the theater and several times on video, I fucking hate that shit. Ep. II, which seems to be the most universally reviled, I never had a huge problem with,

Even Cowboys Get the Cruz

Yeah, I'll definitely shell out money to go see these turds, but seeing the original actors doesn't make it more appealing to me. In fact, I can't imagine many scenarios where I won't see them in this movie and think, "this is fucking stupid."

Christ, when was the last time you saw a Harrison Ford movie that he even seemed to care about? It's almost painful to watch him act nowadays.

My God.

Well, no one told me that. Will I be able to rewatch 30 Rock again? Because then it will be just like being unemployed! Except, you know, the death part.

I dunno. I'm a Democrat and we liberals are notoriously bad at dictatorships, despite what the comments section at The Blaze says. So I'm sure I'd end up in a death camp at some point. Terrible representative democracy for me.

I was in a combat specialty in the Army. Surprisingly, I ended up working with some of the most intelligent, self-motivated people I've ever met. That's not hyperbole. Some of them are now very accomplished people — one is a systems administrator at an aerospace company, another is in med school, another is in grad

I can see him as some young, disturbed Jedi who is pissed off about his place in the Order and stumbles upon some old Sith literature or something.

I'm kind of in the same boat. I've have periodic bouts of depression since I was about 12, but never been on meds. I like it that way, but know lots of people who have responded really well to antidepressants. I've dealt with my dark times by cutting caffeine out of my diet, exercising regularly, and talking about it,

This, exactly. I used to work in law enforcement, specifically with domestic violence offenders about 10% of the time. Your first paragraph sums up the rage, control, and associated mental health issues of these guys perfectly. If there is something wrong in their romantic relationships, you can be sure they will
