I wonder if Ted Cruz used to have a larger body than he does now. If he lost a bunch of weight, he may not have changed the size of clothes he used to buy. Even after dramatic reductions in body size, some people don't change the size of clothes they wore, or they continue to hide their bodies under baggy clothes.
