Probably. I don’t mean to come across as like complaining about her or being mean about it, I adore my sister, she’s just kind of helpless at adulting, yk?

OMG that is precious though, thinking that she wouldn’t get in to college because she moved.

Oh she does, we are pretty close, but also, my parents do everything for her and she’s really used to everyone doing everything for her. She usually calls my mom for this kind of stuff, but my mom travels a lot and can’t always take her calls.

It could be, but idk, we live 20 minutes away from each other and our family is pretty close knit so I see her most weekends, and we text and talk pretty frequently as well. I love my sis, but I think she’s just really used to people doing everything for her, because our parents do everything for her.

I just ignore her calls and then text her saying that I’m busy at work. That is such a parent thing to do, lol.

Can we just take a moment here to marvel at how fugly those pants are? The whole ad is a mess and those are super not helping.

I do think there are many white women out there who used to spend their weekends going to brunch and the like, and who are now spending their weekends at rallies and letter writing parties and marches and what have you. It’s really true in the circles I run in, and it’s been true for me. I would never buy a shirt that

I feel sort of bad because I have been organizing rallies and attending a lot of of political events since the election and I think I said that the last time I went to actual brunch instead of a political event. But in my defense, I do not own it on a shirt.

I made the mistake of giving my little sister my work number for emergencies (our parents were out of town and kind of take care of everything for her) and now she calls me on it when I don’t answer her texts. This means I get a lot of calls like “OMG, I’m at Sephora right now. Have you seen the new Urban Decay

I have already seen this on shirts at protests.

I agree - I have actually seen most of the seasons except the last couple, and they seem like they care about each other and are all really close. Also, Kim’s relationship with her kids is so sweet and genuine and completely counter to the narrative you often see about the Kardashians.

It feels like everyone that is leaving New York is moving to Colorado so we get a lot of East Coast people moving here and telling us all the reasons they are SO glad they moved here, NY is terrible etc.

He definitely knows this and lets us know regularly that we are not meeting his service expectations, haha :p

Our cat was originally called Mr. Moustaches by his foster mom becaue he has a tiny mustache, which was super distinctive when he was a 3 week old kitten. We renamed him Poindexter because, well, obvious reasons, but I loved his original name also.

This is a great ferret name.

I don’t even really like human children that much, but dang, that is a cute kid. It’s nice that they seem to have such a normal and cute mother-daughter relationship.

That’s a great idea :)

Yea....but also if you don’t put that on there you are definitely getting some incorrectly monogrammed stuff and whoever bought it wasted their money. Also, if you don’t do a registry, a lot of people will write you a check instead and if they don’t know you are keepign your name, they’ll make it out to the wrong

That’s fair. I think a lot of gift registry “rules” made more sense before the advent of super inexpensive manufacturing in China, because most consumer goods were more expensive back then, hence why my mom was like, BUT HOW WILL YOU AFFORD NICE TOWELS IF THEY ARENT ON YOUR REGISTRY????

Oh, I mean, I know they aren’t real, but I can entertain the possibility that they might have been real at some point. Biologically it doesn’t seem impossible to have a horse with a big horn on its head, although I don’t think they were like, magical. Also, in all the mythology, the horn is hella valuable, so there
