Twitter IS terrible. I’ve tried to get into it but it’s just too much noise, not enough room to give context to anything you’re talking about, too easy to get lost in your own little world, and too easy to spread hate lazily and with impunity.

I’ve only seen the first season of Halt and Catch Fire, but this definitely makes me want to catch up and finish it. Loved how deep Six Feet Under got, and it’s good to know that the hints of depth in the first season paid off.

Another horrifyingly real death scene is in The L Word, when (spoiler, obvi) Alice is staying at Dana’s bedside hoping she’ll recover. And she leaves for a moment to get some air and get some silly stuffed animal that talks from the gift shop, and when she gets back, Dana’s gone and as Alice collapses the stupid…
