Another thing worth trying is the emulated 3D sound through stock TV speakers. For some TVs/room setups it’s pretty useless or worse than default settings, but for others it’s a really cool feature that emulates a better sound system shockingly well. Worth a shot for sure, it only takes a second to set up and undo.

Ready or Not looks very fun, and I’m all for games courting controversy (Hell, I’m a Postal fan, if that puts it into perspective), but maybe don’t even try on this one? Unless they plan on pulling a big Spec Ops twist or have some absolutely brilliant satire up their sleeves, there’s no way they’ll have a worthwhile…

Oh god, Raymond was just way too much with that shit. Miserable characters can absolutely be funny, and that show certainly had great moments, but every other moment was an assault on the ears. I never watched Goldbergs, but if it’s that level of grating, no thanks.

I’ll always defend FGF, while also acknowledging that every scathing criticism of it is entirely accurate. It takes an extremely specific sense of humor and about six layers of irony to find palatable, but if you can find that sweet spot, it really pays off.
