Yep, I’m enjoying the PS5 immensely, but it’s not worth stressing out trying to get one right now. Hell, my most-played game on there at the moment is the slightly bumped up port of MK11, a game I’ve had on PC since launch. Add that to the early-adopter complications both big and small, and my advice to stock hunters

Unfortunately, most species of spider only play the same three power chords over and over. Don’t even get me started on trapdoor spiders, once they catch you, they force you to hear their acoustic rendition of “Wonderweb” before biting you.

It’s the perfect solution. I mean, the Simpsons themselves have done every possible thing ten times over. What does, say, the head of the Springfield Box Factory do when he’s about town? Or Jub-Jub? Marvel movies are a hot property, why not a season about Wigglepuppy, the dog that flies by wagging its tail, vs. the

Unless you were a Sonya or Kano player, anyway.

Yeah, the game was surprisingly on point! I think the “This is Ghostbusters 3!” hyperbole they were selling it as was a bit much, but it really was the best thing to happen to the franchise since, what, Real Ghostbusters?

Also, B&T had the benefit of having the original actors and characters, now sadly impossible for Ghostbusters, of course. And GB was such a lightning in a bottle movie in the first place that sequels are pretty much doomed to disappoint no matter what they do. As much as I like Ghostbusters 2, even that was a shadow

Only if they localize it to Yinz for the Pittsburgh market.

Yeah, this really sucks. And Then There Was X helped mold my tastes in hip hop beyond the old-school I was into at the time. Opened my eyes to horrorcore at the time, too (even if he’s only tangentially horrorcore). Guy’s a legend.

Yeah, I was tempted just for the more polished features, but the Quest version is just fine (and much more, y’know, free).

Yeah, seriously. So many untapped WB properties if they insist on going that route. Where’s my CG Walter Matthau and Jack Lemmon?

I was going to crack a hacky joke about what WB properties could make it in, but with Clockwork Orange already shown, there’s no escalation to be had.

The 73rd “system stability” patch did it, made the PS4 the single most stable object in the universe. :P

Seriously though, I misspoke: I meant that the UI became more fleshed out and improved over time, fixing a number of shortcomings over the years. Like, right now the PS5 UI is sort of cumbersome and seemingly

My one negative so far after a couple of days with the PS5 is that the UI feels like it’s in alpha. I’m sure a lot of this stuff will get fixed, just like PS4, but why is the very backbone of the user experience such a massive step backwards in so many ways (acknowledging that there ARE some big improvements as well)?

It’s baffling. Like, how is this conservatorship not just as mentally damaging if not even more so? I know from past experience that having your life heavily controlled, even when the intent is helpful, can really dig the hole deeper.

Piping hot take coming through: I’m starting to think that Jay Leno miiiiiiight not be as funny as his fame would suggest.

In anything but Resident Evil, I’d say “Padding? Seriously?”, but I guess this *is* a franchise known for nonsense, haha. Really, nothing about Lickers make sense when you get right down to it. (or zombies, or any other enemy in RE, but those are easier to accept for some reason. I have similar issues with William

Yeah, that always weirded me out too. Shouldn’t Lickers be complete pushovers? Give them a semi-firm boop on the head and they should be done for.

Seriously, seems like he was only 89 yesterday...

After the alpha, I’m all for it. They have a great solid foundation, and I know it was just an alpha, but the aspects they stood behind as features for the final product (the difficulty, namely) were a wee bit off-putting. I’m all for hard games, Doom Eternal was my GOTY last year, but B4B just felt broken and the

He looks like Tobey Maguire after a five year heroin binge.
