It’s the Dot Com bubble all over again, but with more resources behind it. Curious to see how many streaming services exist in ~2 or 3 years.

Oh man, this sounds amazing. I somehow hadn’t heard anything about the new Harmonix game, so that’s an awesome surprise. (yeah, I’m that guy who still owns plastic instruments... and even still uses them!)

*touches index and middle finger to lips, then holds them up to the sky* Truly the lowest point of the year.

Hey now, if Microsoft wasn’t prepared for these hashtag phat cloudz, that’s on them.

They’d better not, or my pitch for a gritty reboot of Cathy will seem like trend chasing! “Cathy: Ack In Black” plays second fiddle to nobody!

But I have the perfect pitch for a reboot: What if the characters try to unlawfully leave confinement of some sort? I think that’s the breath of fresh air the show really needs.

While you’re most likely right (there’s no way he doesn’t have an anus most heinous with his diet), even good smelling fast food can start getting to you when you’re smelling it all day.

Literally the only way to make this better is if it were in a Chili’s parking lot.

Thank god for The Root (and some primo THC)... the jokes and lack of need to stay neutral keep me sane on what’s bound to be a day where sanity supplies run dry. It may not make things less alarming and dangerous, but it beats chewing my nails to the quick and pacing the house.

I’m just sad that his misbehavior didn’t involve him showing up to the set with ice skates every day, and trying to get everyone to meet him at the nearest hill.

Yeah, I was trying to remember the last time I heard any talk of Lil Pump outside of “Why is he famous, again?”, and that ponderance answered my original question. Wouldn’t be surprised if Ye had said “I’ll do the MAGA thing for a bit, then when the backlash gets too hot, you take over”.

First Kanye, now this? The fuck happened on the “I Love It” video shoot?

I’m curious to see if anyone involved talks about the behind-the-scenes on this after it comes out. Whether it turns out good or bad, I bet there are some interesting stories that come from quickly whipping up two sequels simultaneously right before the whole industry gets rocked on the chin.

Yeah, I think the 3/4 divide really comes down to what you look for in a Nightmare movie. To me, they’ve been black comedies since the original, so I like the “MTV Freddy” transformation just fine, whereas someone who sees the original as a truly effective horror film might prefer 3, if that makes sense? Just a

I’m as forgiving a Fredhead as they come: I like 4 more than 3, I find things to like in even the worst sequels, and I never skip any of them when having a marathon. But other than Haley’s lines being really good, the remake just slides out of my brain every time I try to remember anything about it. It’s just so

Yeah, that really threw me. I’ve had some truly bizarre side effects from SSRIs (one actually made me feel constantly stoned, oddly. As much as I enjoy being stoned, it’s not fun when you can’t control it), so maybe Lexapro does that to her, but actual physical numbness is a pretty alarming effect.

So excited to read this after I finish the new David Wong book. I truly thought we had seen the last of her outside of rare “I’m doing okay!” updates, and I couldn’t be happier to be mistaken.

That’s a relief. I was expecting this to be an honest shot at standup, but hoping it would be this instead. I missed how insanely furious people got whenever his or Eric Wareheim’s names were even hinted at during the Awesome Show days, and this should get a few keyboard-punchingly angry rants going.

And me without my fainting couch... I *never* saw that coming, nope, not once!

I’m saying “a lot”, not anywhere near all. And yeah, I mainly mean the big mainstream releases that tend to have hashtags in their trailers. Even IT really pushed its marketing toward teens, even if the movie itself wasn’t as targeted to them.
